Philippine Forum on Sports, Culture, Sexuality and Human Rights, Inc (TEAM PILIPINAS) is a non-profit organization which is part of the international lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) sports, culture and human rights movements. TEAM PILIPINAS works to promote and strengthen human rights, sexual and gender diversity and equality, and peace in the Philippines, the Southeast and Asia Pacific regions, and the world through research and advocacy in areas such as but not limited to sports, culture, sexuality and human rights. TEAM PILIPINAS organizes and coordinates the participation and representation of the diverse Filipino sexual orientations and gender identities in local, regional and international sporting, cultural, and human rights events, such as but not limited to LGBT- and Pride-related activities and events in the Philippines, Southeast and Asia Pacific, The Straits Games, Asia Pacific Outgames, World Outgames, Gay Games, and others. Her membership, while predominantly for and by LGBTs, is open to the diverse Filipino sexual orientations and gender identities most especially to all human rights and equality-believing, loving and living persons.
